The flexible boom mic is very adjustable as you can bend it at any point on the boom. It really is the best headset I tried. Even on the iPhone, the sound came through clear on both ends of skype freetalk headset call.

It's not compact, but it's reasonably comfortable and it works. Balancing cost-savings with other factors will be a key task in finding the right headset for your company.
